Perfect Pussy at The Detroit Bar - 12.18.13

I'm pretty sure Perfect Pussy played a great set Wednesday night at The Detroit Bar. I say pretty sure because while the band itself delivered an amazing performance on stage and the crowd ate up their antics, the audio mix was so poor at the tiny club that everything just sounded like pink noise which is a shame since Perfect Pussy is a band, I think, that deserves to be listened to.

But hey, I get it: it's a punk show. It's not about nuance, it's about energy. To that end, Perfect Pussy delivered. Running through a set lasting around 30 minutes the band brought its brand of punk to the OC. It was loud, it was raucous, it was awesome.
